Web Maintenance

There are two options… you may elect to go with one of our block of time packages, or you may choose a monthly rate plan.

 

Block of Time Option:

Home and Office Networking provides a simple and flexible approach to obtaining website maintenance called the Block of Time Solution.

 

Unlike typical support contracts, the Block of Time can be applied toward a wide variety of services over an unspecified period of time. There is no "use it or lose it" deadline, nor are they any terms that limit its use to certain types of services or products. All of the services provided by Home and Office Networking can be billed against the Block of Time. If more time is needed than was initially contracted for, an additional Block of Time can be purchased at the same discounted rate.

 

Time is accurately tracked for each use of the Block of Time, and you receive a statement for each support activity, indicating the type of service performed, the amount of time used, and the time remaining under the current contract.

 

Because we want to make your purchase as simple as possible, we have put together a few block of time packages to choose from. There are 4 packages, but if you don't find what you need with these packages, we will take care of you with a custom package.

3 hour IT support package =$225

5 hour IT support package =$350

10 hour IT support package =$650

15 hour IT support package =$900

 

Monthly Maintenance Option: 

Our standard maintenance package is $40.00 US Dollars per month for up to ½ hour of web updates per month. Generally, this is enough time to add up to five photos and a few paragraphs of text.

 

The typical turn around time on standard maintenance requests is one to two business days.

 

We will never go over the ½ hour, or whatever your allotted time is based on the plan you've signed up for, unless you specifically request us to (We'll let you know if you request something that is not likely to fit into your plan).

 

If you do request more work than will fit in your plan; we will gladly give an estimate on the project based on the time we expect it to take.

 

Additional time will be billed at a discounted rate of $80.00 per hour vs. the $100 per hour for non-maintenance plan clients (Maintenance requests exceeding the allotted time for your selected plan will be completed as soon as possible based on our current workload).
